Injury Crash I84 at Mile Marker 33 in Nampa

NAMPA, Idaho-The Idaho State Police are investigating a vehicle collision that occurred at approximately 5:48 a.m. on Sunday May 24, 2026, at the westbound off ramp at mile marker 33 on I84 in Nampa.

A Mazda 5 was traveling westbound on I84 and collided with a Volvo Truck-Tractor and a Great Dane Trailer.

The Mazda was driven by a 23-year old male from Ontario, Oregon. He was transported to the hospital via ground ambulance. The Volvo driven by a 54-year old male from Beaverton, Oregon was not transported.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.

Westbound lanes of travel on I84 were blocked for approximately one and half hours as emergency responders worked to clear the scene.

The Idaho State Police was assisted by Nampa Police Department, Nampa Fire Department, and Canyon County Paramedics.

The incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
